The layer of skin just below the surface of the face includes a network of supportive collagen fibers that keep young skin smooth. As we age, the collagen diminishes and allows the skin to form small depressions in which wrinkles form.

As the muscles relax, your wrinkles smooth out, giving you a more rested, youthful appearance.  The injections are painless for most people. 

Visible relaxation of the wrinkles should take just a few days. Maximum results are achieved in about a month and can last for three to four months or longer depending on the area treated. With repeated injections, the effect may regularly last up to five to six months. Although some wrinkles and crease may completely disappear (temporarily), it is important to understand that some may improve but not completely disappear.

KYBELLA is an individually tailored injectable treatment that permanently destroys fat cells in the treatment area under the chin for an improved profile. KYBELLA is intended for adults with moderate to severe submental fat, often referred to as “double chin”. Submental fullness is an aesthetic condition that may result from the accumulation of subcutaneous fat under the chin. Multiple injections are given under the chin per treatment session.
